About the Role
This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract, working 4 days per week (28 hours). Must be able to work Tuesdays, Fridays and then we are flexible on the other 2 days.
In this role, you’ll provide proactive organisational and administrative support to Partners and fee‑earners, manage complex diaries and inboxes, coordinate travel, manage court and arbitration timelines, prepare and format legal documents, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients, counsel and internal teams.
You’ll help keep workflows running smoothly, support billing processes, and anticipate the needs of a team handling high‑volume, commercially sensitive work.
As PA, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support.
What You’ll Do
Manage complex diaries, meetings and travel
Handle calls, emails and client queries
Prepare and format legal documents
Assist with billing, time recording and basic financial admin
Provide general team support and help maintain smooth workflow
Requirements
"The ideal candidate for the PA role will have the following skills:
60+ wpm typing
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication and organisation
Calm, dependable and detail‑focused
Positive, solution‑driven approach
